This London trio has just released their second track ‘Towers’ and if I were you I’d jump on the Cortes train now before they get any bigger. The bassline and amazing and distinct vocals of Andy Cortes remind me of bands such as Biffy Clyro. This track marks the start of their time signed to their new label, Ignition 45, who have worked with other bands such as Darlia and Pretty Vicious with the main Ignition label being responsible for bands such as Stereophonics and The Coral.
As said, this is only their second released track – the follow up to their previous ‘Close To Nowhere’ which has been playlisted on Radio One and landing them a spot on Radio One’s Big Weekend this year. If you missed them there, they have an upcoming show in London in September – if you can get down there I definitely would.
This is just the start for the trio so why not follow them now and see them rise as they continue to release great music.
